The Program’s Team Effectiveness Exercise develops the skill of direct, 360-degree, behavioral feedback on teams. We help your team promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
This exercise creates a forum in which participants are encouraged to break down common barriers to direct feedback and constructive criticism. Participants will receive clear, actionable understanding from their teammates about what they are doing well and how they can improve their performance, behavior, leadership, and teamwork.
While this workshop is very impactful as a standalone exercise, it can be even more powerful following a Leadership Challenge, as participants will have already broken down barriers to direct communication and experienced a powerful team bonding event.
