1. CLASSROOM TRAINING – Based on The Program’s best-selling book, THE PROGRAM, Lessons from Elite Military Units for Creating and Sustaining High Performance Leaders and Teams, curriculum highlights include:
2. EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING
The Small Boat Challenge version of our LDC – Participants will be divided into boat teams led by a boat team “leader” and will be tasked with a series of missions to accomplish. Each mission comes with specific conditions under which the team must perform and standards that must be met for successful completion.
OR
The Leadership Reaction Course Challenge version of our LDC – Participants will be divided into teams and presented with a series of Leadership Reaction Courses designed to develop skills taught during classroom training.
3. GRADUATION KEYNOTE ADDRESS (OPTIONAL) – LEADERSHIP AND ATTACKING ADVERSITY
A summation of lessons learned during the three days, the Program Founder and CEO, Eric Kapitulik, will draw from his experiences as a US Marine Corps Infantry and Special Operations Officer, as an ultra-endurance athlete and high-altitude mountaineer, as well as from his work with hundreds of corporations throughout North America annually.
