1. CLASSROOM TRAINING – Based on The Program’s best-selling book, THE PROGRAM, Lessons from Elite Military Units for Creating and Sustaining High Performance Leaders and Teams, curriculum highlights include:

2. EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING
The Small Boat Challenge version of our LDC – On Day 4, participants will be divided into boat teams led by a boat team “leader” and assigned a series of tasks to accomplish. Meant as a capstone test, training will challenge participants to use all the skills taught, reinforced, and developed during the preceding three days.
AND
The Leadership Reaction Course Challenge version of our LDC – Throughout classroom training, participants will be presented with a series of Leadership Reaction Courses designed to reinforce the classroom curriculum and develop requisite skills.
3. GRADUATION KEYNOTE ADDRESS (OPTIONAL) – LEADERSHIP AND ATTACKING ADVERSITY
A summation of lessons learned during the four days, the Program Founder and CEO, Eric Kapitulik, will draw from his experiences as a US Marine Corps Infantry and Special Operations Officer, as an ultra-endurance athlete and high-altitude mountaineer, as well as from his work with hundreds of corporations throughout North America annually.
4. MONTHLY VIRTUAL FOLLOW-UP – Program Instructors will check in with participants to assist in the implementation of the training curriculum for a period of twelve months post-course completion.
